AWS Emerging Talent Community (ETC) is a free online program for individuals 18 years of age and older who have completed training through one of the AWS educational programs: AWS Educate, AWS re/Start, or AWS Academy and earned a qualifying badge.
ETC members gain access to a global community and a wide range of educational materials and tools to support professional development – all at no cost.
Thanks to participating in ETC you can:
- develop technical hard and soft skills,
- use free educational content (articles, videos, quizzes),
- gain points for activity,

🔔 If you have an AWS Educate account and a qualifying badge, access to ETC will appear automatically (usually within 72 hours). New users can sign up using the same email address that their badge is associated with.

Log in to AWS Educate, go to the Emerging Talent Community tab, and complete onboarding to fully activate access. - 4️⃣ Earn points in ETC
Engage with content: watch videos, read articles, solve quizzes and surveys.
Get ready with AWS Skill Builder
To redeem the voucher, you must meet the following conditions:
- Complete an AWS Skill Builder exam prep course for the AWS certification you are looking for.
- Complete at least one AWS Skill Builder certification practice exam or official practice question set with a score of 70% or higher for the AWS certification you are looking for.
